Which Classes can I join as a Newcomer?
An Introductory One to One Private Lesson is your starting point if you are new to Angela Green Classical Pilates. Following your introductory lesson, I will guide you towards the most appropriate session(s) on my schedule based on my observations. This may include further private lessons, group classes, or a combination of both. If you wish to join Mat, Barrel, or Tower Group Classes & are free from injury or pain, your introductory lesson may be enough preparation to join these sessions safely. If you would like to join Full Studio Group Apparatus Classes, additional private lessons are required to prepare you at the appropriate level for the specific group class you wish to attend.
Important note; If you have acute injuries, chronic pain, certain medical conditions (e.g; osteoporosis, neurological conditions), have recently had surgery or are pregnant, you need to take some private lessons before booking group classes. Build your foundation & learn your personal modifications first so that you are able to move safely with confidence in a group.
Book via Gymcatch; Once your Introductory Lesson is complete & booking approval/ access has been granted, you can buy a single class, 3 pack or 6 pack of Mat Classes, Barrel Classes or Group Apparatus Classes (for Full Studio & Tower Classes) as appropriate. Single sessions & packages are to use over 12 weeks from date of purchase. All booked classes have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Bookings are self-managed via your Gymcatch account- book your classes to suit your schedule.

Full Studio Group Apparatus Classes (5 people)
These classes are exclusive, small & personal designed to progress you through the Pilates System using Traditional Pilates Methodology. We build your movement skills & confidence using The Reformer, Mat, Tower/ Cadilliac, Chairs & Barrels in these classes over time.
Tower Group Apparatus Classes (6 people)
These classes are designed for mixed abilities/ experience levels & follow the Classical Pilates order of exercises across the mat & spring work for best results. Lengthen & strengthen with springs! Suitable for injury free beginners following an Introductory Lesson.
Barrel Classes (12 people)
Pilates Small Barrel exercises are great for opening the chest & hips, providing extra length & flexibility in the extremities from which to build strength from the center (the core). The small barrel is supportive in all spinal movements allowing for safe inversions & articulations leaving you feeling mobilized & 10 feet taller again! These classes are designed for mixed abilities/ experience levels. Suitable for injury free beginners following an Introductory Lesson.
Mat Classes (12 people)
Authentic Pilates Mat is athletic & challenging exercise- you'll work your whole body & leave feeling strengthened, stretched & energized. We use the traditional Pilates mat work orders consistently for best results. We often use small apparatus in our classes to both support & add challenge. These classes are designed for mixed abilities/ experience levels. Suitable for injury free beginners following an Introductory lesson.
