In-Person Group Mat Classes- At Pantygraigwen Community Centre

Traditional Pilates mat work is dynamic and challenging- you'll work your whole body and leave feeling strengthened, stretched and energized. We use traditional Pilates small equipment in our mat classes; small poles, magic circles and hand weights to both support and add challenge.

You need to have undertaken a minimum of 1 private lesson either in-person or virtually prior to joining our group mat classes. This is for your safety, an assessment, to go over some essential basics. This ensures our classes can continue to be delivered at a safe and progressive pace for the benefit of all participants. Classes are delivered in term blocks of 4-6 weeks to ensure consistency and commitment which yields the best results.

Fridays 9:30-10:30am and 10:45-11:45am

Venue: Pantygraigwen Community Centre (The Ranch), Pantygraigwen Road, Graigwen, Pontypridd, CF37 2RR.


Limited to 12 participants per class- termly booking of 4-8 weeks duration.

In-Person Group Mat & Small Apparatus Classes- In The Studio

There are 2 in-person spaces available in the studio during the delivery of each of our 3 weekly virtual group classes over Zoom. These are; 

Mondays: 5:30-6:20pm; Mat & Small Apparatus
Tuesdays 9:30-10:20am; Mat & Small Apparatus
Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm: Small Barrel

Limited to 2 in-person participants per class on a drop in pay as you go basis bookable on the day, first come first served. You also receive the class recording to use for 7 days. These group classes best suit shift workers and people unable to commit to the same class every week. 

We use traditional Pilates small equipment in our Group Mat classes to add both support and challenge; Barrels and Hand Weights in the Wednesday evening class and Magic Circles, Hand Weights, Beanbag Devices, 2X4 boards and Toe Correctors in our Monday evening and Tuesday morning classes.
