All sessions/ packages have a 12 week expiry from date of purchase & a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
 

Getting Started:
I recommend you start with private lessons. Alternatively, you can start in Beginner Full Studio Group Apparatus Classes, Tower Group Apparatus Classes, Group Barrel Classes or Group Mat Classes.

If you have certain medical conditions, disc/ spinal injury history, neurological conditions, mobility challenges or if you are in pain- building a good foundation for you to move safely with confidence is priority- please expect to take private lessons to build a safe Pilates practice before joining groups.

 

The clients who achieve the best results are those who practice Authentic Pilates x3 per week.
