​I teach the original Pilates Method (known as Authentic/ Classical Pilates), using apparatus built to Joseph Pilates original specifications for best results.

 

Teaching Hours:

Monday: 10.45am- 8:15pm

Tuesday: 9:45am- 3:30pm

Wednesday: 12pm- 8:15pm

Thursday: Closed

Friday: 9:45am- 6:30pm

Saturday: 8:45am-3:30pm

One to One (In-Person & Virtual- Zoom)

55 mins daytime only- earliest slot is 9:45am (Saturdays) & latest slot 4:30pm (Fridays).​​

*Add your spouse, close family member or friend to any 55 minute one to one lesson booking for a £15 upgrade via cash/ bank transfer on the day & share a lesson.

All sessions/ packages have a 12 week expiry from date of purchase & a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
 

Getting Started:
I recommend you start with private lessons; either a single or a 3 pack. Alternatively, you can start in Beginner Full Studio Group Apparatus Classes, Tower Group Apparatus Classes, Group Barrel Classes or Group Mat Classes.

If you have certain medical conditions, disc/ spinal injury history, neurological conditions, mobility challenges or if you are in pain- building a good foundation for you to move safely with confidence is priority- please expect to take private lessons to build a safe Pilates practice before joining group classes.

 

The clients who achieve the best results are those who practice Authentic Pilates x3 per week.
