Virtual Mat Class (Zoom)

Service Description

To take this class you need your own mat, a pair of light (0.5kg or 1kg) hand weights and a magic circle/ resistance ring (13-15 inch diameter). A mat of 10mm is best to protect your spine in rolling the exercises. You need an electronic device with a camera (phone, tablet, laptop) which is fully charged prior to class and a good internet connection. There are no refunds, credits or extensions given to you based on tech issues that you encounter. Please make sure that you are familiar with the Zoom meetings platform prior to class and give yourself time to set up before class. Your class invite will be sent to the email address on your wix account 5-10 minutes prior to class. Purchasing this class has a 4 week expiry from date of purchase should you need to cancel and rebook into another virtual mat class. No refunds, credits or extensions for missed sessions or extensions to the expiry date are given. Cancellation Policy

12 hour cancellation policy on all bookings. Single class expiry 4 weeks, pack of 5 apparatus classes expiry 8 weeks from date of purchase.
