Barrel Class (In-Person)

Service Description

If attending Friday 10.35am In-Person Barrel Class at Pantygraigwen Community Centre, Pontypridd, you need to bring your own mat and a pair of light (0.5kg or 1kg) hand weights to this class. A mat of 10mm is best to protect your spine in rolling the exercises. A barrel is provided (but do please tell Angela if you are bringing your own). If attending Tuesday 9.30am or Wednesday 7.30pm In-Person Barrel Class in the Studio- Porth, all equipment is provided. Please note, the in-person in-studio space on a Tuesday & Wednesday is available during the Live-Stream Zoom Class and the class is recorded for private use for the Zoom participants, please expect to be in the recording if you are in-person. For all barrel classes, please ensure that your workout clothes do not contain zips, buttons or studs. Please remove all jewelry. This is to ensure the vinyl on the apparatus does not get damaged. Key Points:- 12 Hour Cancellation Policy applies to every booked class. Purchasing this class has a 4 week expiry from date of purchase should you need to cancel and rebook into another In-person barrel class. No refunds, credits or extensions for missed sessions or extensions to the expiry date are given. If you need to reschedule your class with 12 hours or more notice, please select "reschedule" and not "cancel" to avoid losing your booking. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

12 hour cancellation policy on all bookings. Single class expiry 4 weeks, pack of 5 apparatus classes expiry 8 weeks from date of purchase.
